Lindsay Reid is a Newcastle-based poet, a Geordie by adoption if not by birth. She has a PhD in Creative Writing from Newcastle University, and a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of St. Andrews. Her first poetry collection is due to be published by Red Squirrel Press in 2019 and she is currently working on her first novel for young adults.
